Jiaxinjie has been building machine tools in Nanhai District, Foshan since 1989. The castings, the sheet metal and the precision components in our machines are made on our own floor — which is why a spare part is a production job here, not a purchasing enquiry.
A machine tool passes through four very different kinds of production. Many suppliers own only the last one. We run all four at the same site.
Beds, columns, knees and other structural castings are poured in our own foundry. The casting is the machine — its mass and its internal ribbing decide how much cut the machine will take before it deflects, and that is not something you can inspect in a bought-in part.
Guards, enclosures, chip trays and stamped components are cut, formed and finished on site, to our own fit and paint standard rather than a subcontractor’s.
Precision components — spindle parts, slides, lead-screw housings, and the SBS power feed units — are machined in-house on our own bank of CNC machines.
Machines are assembled, run and checked before they are crated. Each machine ships with its operation manual, parameter sheet and electrical schematic.

Foshan sits in the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt, roughly half an hour from Guangzhou and two hours from Shenzhen — which makes a factory visit easy to attach to a trip you are already making to the Canton Fair or to other suppliers in the region.
