The real question when you import a machine tool is not what happens on the day it arrives — it is what happens in year three, when a spindle bearing or a feed nut wears out. Because we cast and machine in-house, our answer does not depend on anyone else’s supply chain.
None of this is an extra. A machine that arrives without its schematic is a machine your electrician cannot commission.
English operation and maintenance manual covering setup, lubrication points and routine adjustment.
The as-built specification of your specific machine — bore, taper, travels, motor ratings and control version.
Full wiring diagram for the machine as supplied, matched to the voltage and phase you specified.
Chuck, centres, wrenches and the standard accessory set for the model. Optional tooling is quoted separately and listed on the invoice.
Fumigated timber case, rust prevention on machined surfaces, and container loading handled in-house.
Machines are run and checked before crating. Ask for a video walk-through of your machine before it ships.
We work with machine tool importers and dealers on territory agreements rather than selling around them. Currently expanding in Latin America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Which country, which industries you already sell into, and which machine categories you want to carry. That is enough to start — we will come back with pricing and territory terms.
Become a Distributor →Whatever you specify — tell us voltage, phase and frequency at your site before production. Rewiring a machine after it lands is expensive and avoidable, so this is the single most important line in your order.
Yes. The parts are made from our own drawings on our own machines, so availability does not depend on a component supplier still being in business. Quote the machine serial number when you order.
No. Where we have a territory agreement, enquiries from that territory are forwarded to the dealer. If there is no dealer yet, we will quote you directly.
Send the competitor’s specification sheet. We will tell you honestly which of our machines is equivalent, where ours is better, and where it is not — that last part is why the comparison is worth asking for.
T/T with a 30% deposit against the order and the balance before shipment. Quotations can be issued FOB — tell us your destination port with the enquiry. Export packing, rust prevention and container loading are handled in-house either way.
About 20 days for a CNC lathe. Milling machines and conventional lathes are usually in stock, but an export machine is wired for your supply before it ships, so allow 15 to 20 days. A configuration far from our standard build takes longer — say so at enquiry stage if the date is critical and we will confirm a window with the quotation.
